We take pride in making every wedding and event affordable and intimate by focusing on a limited number of weddings each month. That way you get the one-on-one attention you deserve and you can host a celebration to remember.
From the first consultation to the final send-off, we are ready to organize an event filled with personality and charm for you. To reserve your date, a retainer of 50% of the price is requested along with a signed contract provided by us. Most of the services provided are listed below (but not all). We like to try to customize some of the duties based on each event’s “needs”.
Most events will include a lead coordinator and an assistant. This is based on the guest count and complexity of your wedding.

Wedding Planning & Wedding Coordination?
While each service includes everything outlined above, there are a few key differences between planning and coordination services.
Wedding Coordination
Also known as ‘Day-Of’ or ‘Month-Of’ coordination, is for the couples who enjoy the experience of planning everything for the day, but are also looking to relax on their wedding day without worrying about the who, whats, wheres, and whens.
Moments & Milestones will take up the role of coordinating the vendors to help with all the logistics to make sure your vendors have all the information they need to make your day amazing!
Wedding Planning
Do you get overwhelmed easily? Maybe you don’t have time to fully plan your wedding but you still want to be involved still? This package is great for you. We will present you with vendors to choose from that fit well for your budget and vision.
However, this is your wedding, so you have the final say as to which vendor you want to move forward with. Along with vendors, we help with your design, decor ideas, and more.

Full & Partial Wedding Planning
Need some help choosing the best vendors along with guidance for creating your vision and design for your special day? We are here to help relieve some of that planning and vendor stress.
Our Partial and Full planning package prices differ based on the number of vendors that you need to book to make your day great. Both Planning packages include our coordination services. Contact us for more explanations and to have a fun chat about your big day.

Vendor Meetings
$100 a meeting
We are available to accompany you when visiting venues or vendors and help you make the best-fit options for your special day.
This service is already included in Full Planning Packages and if chosen for Coordination and Partial, the additional costs will be invoiced on the final balance due to Moments and Milestones 2 weeks prior to your wedding.
Rehearsal Dinner
$1,000
We’ll assist with finding the best venue for your rehearsal dinner, along with setting up any decorations before the start of the dinner, and management of the dinner for up to one hour.
