Sure, there are a lot of lists written by The Knot or WeddingWire, but those are vendors paying for the spotlight. They can be great starts to inspiration, but make sure to gain first-hand experiences and read reviews!

Georgetown’s Best Wedding Vendors
From wedding venues to flowers, I have so many wedding vendors to recommend for weddings, parties, and other types of events alike. Here are my top favorites, though! All of my clients will receive a vetted, curated list of professionals that will make it easy to celebrate all of your wedding dreams!
Casa Costa Bake shop:
No reception is complete without a dessert! Casa Costa Bake Shop creates all sorts of desserts for events and are able to accommodate events of all sizes. Lots of my newlyweds rave after their wedding day how their dessert was super yummy.
I love that they’re affordable and offer a variety of unique flavors sure to wow your guests. While they’re based in Leander with a cute storefront, they also service North Austin!
Cone Flower designs:
While every wedding venue offers natural beauty in Austin, I personally believe every wedding day is enhanced with florals! Cone Flower Designs services events of all sizes, even if you just need a bouquet.
While they’re based in Salado, they travel all over, including venues in Georgetown. Their sister company, Simplee Cone, offers pre-designed packages of florals at a lower price, which can accommodate couples on a tighter budget. That way, your entire wedding party can party in style!
Groove Line Productions:
No wedding day is complete without amazing music during the reception! Imagine having a grand entrance with your favorite song playing while your entire wedding party dances right before you’re introduced with your partner.
It’s a smaller company, so the owners are hands on and offers some of the most affordable options for weddings in North Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown.
All of the receptions I’ve seen Groove Line Productions at has the guests dancing the night away at the reception!
Unity Reel:
After all the planning, your wedding day dreams need to be documented! Unity Reel offers both photo and video for events in North Austin, Georgetown, and Round Rock. One of the things I love about Unity Reel is how personalized the services are. From start to finish, my newlyweds are in love with their photography!
They make sure to get to know about your needs, are clear about what to expect, and make sure artistry is at the forefront of their service at all times. Not a lot of photography and videography companies in Austin, Texas can say the same! Trust me!
To Have and To Hold:
With a storefront in Georgetown, Texas, you can head into the store and pick out custom gifts and stationary that will really make your wedding day details that much better. Your guests will ooh and ahh over the custom wedding invitations or your wedding party will cry at the customized “proposal” gifts.
They’re a locally owned Texas small business, so you know when you invest in them, it’s going to a real person and not a corporation!
Merci Bouquet
For an affordable floral option, Merci Bouquet can accommodate parties looking to have a wedding day shine with flowers without breaking the bank. They’re located in Central Austin, so not quite Georgetown, but they happily travel to Georgetown, Round Rock, and the other surrounding wedding venues.
New Road Productions
If you’re looking for a moody style for your photography and videography, then New Road Productions might be a good fit! This Austin, TX wedding photography company loves capturing wedding day dreams. They also have packages catering to mid-range budgets with a lot of experience.
Full Scope Entertainment
Full Scope Entertainment isn’t just a DJ service in Georgetown, they also offer photography and photo booths. They even combine their packages for couples, making it a great option if you want in-house services under the same brand.
They also offer multiple DJs familiar with all styles of music, from modern artists to some of your favorite oldies. It’ll be easy to find your best fit with so many options!
Mandolas
Mandolas is such a great Georgetowen wedding catering company, especially since they specialize in delicious Italian dishes. Your reception dinner will be that much better with some simple buttered bread and a mobile pizza oven!
They offer a flexible pricing structure and from start to finish, my clients have had nothing but rave reviews from them! They’re based in Cedar Park, TX, but have no issues if you need to transport their catering to a Georgetown wedding venue site.
Alfreds Catering
Able to offer a wide variety of dishes, Alfreds Catering is one of the top caterers in the Texas Hill Country. From South Austin to Georgetown, Alfred can fill your tables with whatever your heart desires, thanks to their dynamic menu.
A lot of my clients ask who I recommend for dietary restrictions and needs—Alfred’s Catering is it! They offer the ability to cater to food intolerances, vegan diets, and even foods you just don’t like! Since no wedding day is perfect unless the food is delicious, Alfred’s is a great option!
Choosing the Perfect Wedding Venue in Georgetown, TX
There are so many wedding venues in Georgetown and North Austin, but here are some of my top favorite. All of them can accommodate various sized events and can offer packages for a variety of budgets.
Garey House
The Garey House is originally a home converted into a location where your wedding guests can dance the night away at your reception. If you’re hoping for your wedding ceremony to look dreamy under a pergola, have private suites to get ready in, rolling hills in the background, then the Garey House is a great option!
The Milestone
One of the top wedding venues in Georgetown, The Milestone is known for its deck, a stunning courtyard providing the perfect backdrop for wedding photography, a covered pavilion, and a modern, yet rustic indoor reception space that can accommodate up to 300 guests.
HighPointe Estate
HighPointe Estate is an ideal spot for having your luxury wedding day in Georgetown, Texas. I love this place because the property offers indoor spaces that features natural light, a large catering kitchen for food prep, and it’s hosted events up to 300 guests. A great place for a reception meant to shine!
Woodbine Mansion
While not quite Georgetown, TX (it’s situated in Round Rock), Woodbine Mansion is one of those historic places that has been converted into a wedding venue and offers a perfecr backdrop for weddings hoping for a classic vibe. This venue has always been a favorite venue of mine, so definitely check it out!
