Heather- Owner/Lead Planner
I am Heather and the owner/lead coordinator. I started this venture after leaving a career in Healthcare Accounting & Operations, to be able to spend more quality time with my husband, son, and toddler daughter; along with following my passion. While working in Healthcare, I assisted at The Plantation House from 2010, which is where I grew to LOVE weddings and helping couples enjoy their day to the fullest. I take pride in providing quality wedding/event coordinating and making sure everyone can have a stress free event. Plus I love making new friends and try to be a friend to you, rather than just your planner or coordinator.
Fun facts: My nickname is Norm, I cheered in College, & I make wine cork décor with my Etsy site Norms Nook.
Ceci- Assistant
Ceci is a native Texas girl who grew up in the Rio Grande Valley. She currently resides in Austin with her husband, Partha, and pets, Casper and Cheerio. Ceci was married in August 2023 and used Moments and Milestones for her wedding day! When she’s not helping coordinate weddings, Ceci enjoys finding the newest vegan brunch spots, cooking and traveling!
Ileana- Assistant
Ileana joined the Moments and Milestones team in the spring of 2022 as a newlywed after she used Moments and Milestones for her big day in the fall of 2021. We both loved to work together and she was a very organized bride, so she knew (and I did too) that she would be a great fit to help other couples. Ileana is also well organized and always ready to help! In addition to wedding coordinating, Ileana works full time at Baylor and currently lives in Waco with her husband Paul, newborn son, and dog Luna. In her free time, Ileana enjoys crafting, running and traveling.
