Meet Heather: Owner + Lead Planner
Hi, I’m Heather – owner and lead coordinator of Moments and Milestones, proudly serving couples since September 2017! With a background in Healthcare Accounting and Operations and an MBA in hand, I took a leap to follow my heart and turn my passion for weddings into a career. My journey into the wedding world began in 2010 while assisting at The Plantation House for 6 years. where I fell in love with helping couples feel celebrated and stress-free on their big day – a spark that’s never faded.
One of my favorite parts of this business? Being your biggest cheerleader – literally! I cheered in college and bring that same energy, spirit, and encouragement to every event I coordinate. From timeline management to emotional support, I’m here for you every step of the way.
Outside of weddings (and in my “free time” – haha!), I love giving back to my community. I’ve volunteered with our elementary school’s PTA for the past two years and proudly served as PTA President for the 2024–2025 school year. Supporting our school and local families brings me so much joy.
Beyond the clipboard (literally as I still love to use paper sometimes, I love connecting with clients on a personal level. To me, you’re not just a client – you’re a new friend. My goal is to make sure your wedding day is not only seamless but full of joy and beautiful memories.
